The Malvasia grape variety

It is picked late to allow the development of all the intense aromatic component of Malvasia.

This is a wine that is sensitive to oxidation and should be served chilled.

Aroma

Lush. Aromas of tropical fruit, citrus, floral and light vanilla

Notes

Dry, with a high intensity of flavours harmonising with a lively acidity and some volume in the mouth. In the end, great highlight for the salinity well present.
