The wines from Janas have a unique complexity, thanks to its altitude, higher than the Colares region, and to the proximity of the Ocean and the Sintra Mountains, as well as to the great exposure to the sun that our vines are subjected to, originating slower and longer maturations.
This microclimate brings special conditions for the production of complex wines, full of freshness and tension, with perfumed and saline aromas, being balanced with a pleasant texture and volume, which allow it to acquire an enormous potential for evolution.
